1 Le condizioni e gli effetti della denuncia della lite sono regolati dal CPC73.
2 Quando si sia omessa la denuncia della lite, e ciò non sia imputabile al venditore, questi è prosciolto dall’obbligo della garanzia, in quanto possa provare che la lite avrebbe avuto un esito più favorevole ove gli fosse stata denunciata in tempo.
