1 Par moyens de production, on entend les substances et les organismes qui servent à la production agricole. Il s’agit notamment des engrais, des produits phytosanitaires, des aliments pour animaux et du matériel végétal de multiplication.
2 Le Conseil fédéral peut soumettre les moyens de production utilisés à des fins analogues, mais non agricoles, aux dispositions du présent chapitre.
1 Aids to production203 are defined as material and organisms used in agricultural production. This includes in particular fertilisers, plant protection substances, fodder and plant propagation material.
2 The Federal Council may declare aids to production with comparable non-agricultural areas of use to be subject to the regulations set out in this Chapter.
