1 Lorsque le droit applicable renvoie au droit suisse ou à un autre droit étranger, ce renvoi n’est pris en considération que si la présente loi le prévoit.
2 En matière d’état civil, le renvoi de la loi étrangère au droit suisse est accepté.
1 If the applicable law refers back to Swiss law or to another foreign law, such renvoi shall be taken into account only if this Act so provides.
