Art. 20a Samples

1 The applicant may request that samples are handed over or delivered to them for examination or that the goods are inspected. Instead of samples, the FOCBS may provide the applicant with photographs of the goods withheld if this enables the applicant to assess the goods.

2 The request may be submitted with the application for assistance to the Directorate General of Customs or, while the goods are being withheld, directly to the customs office that is withholding the goods.

Art. 20a Proben oder Muster

1 Der Antragsteller oder die Antragstellerin kann die Übergabe oder Zusendung von Proben oder Mustern zur Prüfung oder die Besichtigung der Ware beantragen. Anstelle von Proben oder Mustern kann das BAZG dem Antragsteller oder der Antragstellerin auch Fotografien der zurückbehaltenen Ware übergeben, wenn diese eine Prüfung durch den Antragsteller oder die Antragstellerin ermöglichen.

2 Der Antrag kann zusammen mit dem Antrag auf Hilfeleistung bei der Oberzolldirektion oder während des Zurückbehaltens der Ware direkt bei der Zollstelle gestellt werden, welche die Ware zurückbehält.
