152.3 Bundesgesetz vom 17. Dezember 2004 über das Öffentlichkeitsprinzip der Verwaltung (Öffentlichkeitsgesetz, BGÖ)
Art. 21 Implementation
The Federal Council may, in particular, enact provisions governing the:
- a.
- processing of official documents;
- b.
- information pertaining to official documents;
- c.
- publication of official documents.
Art. 21 Vollzug
Der Bundesrat kann insbesondere Vorschriften erlassen über:
- a.
- die Bewirtschaftung amtlicher Dokumente;
- b.
- die Information über amtliche Dokumente;
- c.
- die Publikation amtlicher Dokumente.
