3. Landwirtschaftliche Grundstücke

Für die Verpfändung von landwirtschaftlichen Grundstücken gilt zudem das Bundesgesetz vom 4. Oktober 1991² über das bäuerliche Bodenrecht.

La costituzione in pegno dei fondi agricoli è inoltre retta dalla legge federale del 4 ottobre 1991² sul diritto fondiario rurale.
